Smile Now, Scream Later. “SMILE 2” is Rated R-18 and Showing Uncut. In Cinemas October 16, 2024

Something to bring a smile to your face. "Smile 2", sequel to the box office horror hit "Smile", has been rated R-18, and will be shown in Philippine cinemas in its full uncut glory. "Smile 2", directed by Parker Finn, who helmed the original, continues the twisted and terrifying story of the curse in the first film. With the story now centered on global pop star Skye Riley (Naomi Scott), the stakes are higher, the stage much bigger, the scale more devastating. And what better way to witness those horrors than on the big screen – with no cuts.

Like all good horror movies, the original movie ended on a cliffhanger. The sequel picks up right where the first movie left off. Fans wondering what happens to Joel now that the curse has been passed on to him will immediately find out – and how.

Starring Naomi Scott, Rosemarie DeWitt, Lukas Gage, Miles Gutierrez-Riley, Peter Jacobson, Ray Nicholson, Dylan Gelula, Raúl Castillo and Kyle Gallner
