Here's the Very First Stills for "SQUID GAME" Season 2 Coming 2024

Netflix’s mega-hit series, "Squid Game", is set to make a triumphant return this year and Netflix has just unveiled tantalizing glimpses of what’s to come on the “Next On Netflix” event last week. After two years, the show remains Netflix’s most popular series still. Beyond its massive viewership, the series made history by winning 6 Primetime Emmy Awards and earned prestigious accolades including the Gotham Award for “Breakthrough Series,” and an “AFI Honor in 2021”.

The upcoming season will welcome back beloved characters like Lee Jung-jae, Lee Byung-hun and Gong Yoo. Adding to the intrigue, a new character played by Park Gyu-young makes her debut, sparking curiosity about the new character. 

Director Hwang Dong-hyuk returns to steer the ship once again. Following his historic win at the 74th Primetime Emmys® as the first Asian to clinch Outstanding Directing for a Drama Series, Hwang resumes his role as director, writer, and producer. Production Details
