Netflix Animated Film OVER THE MOON Coming October 23, 2020

Netflix has finally announced the confirmed release date of its animated original film "Over the Moon". To coincide with the announcement, Netflix also released the lyric video for its lead single, "Rocket to the Moon", sung by Chinese-Filipina actress-singer Cathy Ang. "Over the Moon" revolves around the legend of the Moon Goddess which is connected to the Mid-Autumn Festival. Locally, the festival is best known for mooncakes, dice games, and lanterns. Fueled with determination and a passion for science, a bright young girl builds a rocket ship to the moon to prove the existence of a legendary Moon Goddess. There she ends up on an unexpected quest, and discovers a whimsical land of fantastical creatures.
