WATCH: GHOST IN THE SHELL Looks Absolutely Exquisite

Paramount Pictures has revealed a new trailer for its upcoming live-action adaptation of the manga classic "Ghost in the Shell" by Masamune Shirow. The trailer is visually stunning and makes the wait just a little bit longer. The film controversially headlines Scarlett Johansson as the lead character Major and also stars “Beat” Takeshi Kitano, Juliette Binoche, Michael Pitt, Pilou Asbæk, and Kaori Momoi. "Ghost in the Shell" follows the Major, a special-ops, one-of-a-kind human-cyborg hybrid, who leads the elite task force Section 9. Devoted to stopping the most dangerous criminals and extremists, Section 9 is faced with an enemy whose singular goal is to wipe out Hanka Robotic’s advancements in cyber technology.

"Ghost in the Shell" is distributed by United International Pictures through Columbia Pictures and catch "Ghost in the Shell" in Philippine cinemas starting March 29, 2017.
