WATCH: It's Not Over Until Lightning Strikes in "Cars 3" Latest Trailer

Remember the first two trailers for Disney-Pixar's "Cars 3"? It was all doom and gloom for our hero Lightning McQueen. Well, the third trailer has just been released and it's an extended look that further reveals the main dramatic plot points our hero, may have to confront. Let's just say that things are looking brighter for Car #95 this time around. Check out the trailer below:

In the film, blindsided by a new generation of blazing-fast racers, the legendary Lightning McQueen (Owen Wilson) is suddenly pushed out of the sport he loves. To get back in the game, he will need the help of an eager young race technician, Cruz Ramirez (Cristela Alonzo), with her own plan to win, plus inspiration from the late Fabulous Hudson Hornet and a few unexpected turns. Proving that #95 isn’t through yet will test the heart of a champion on Piston Cup Racing’s biggest stage!
