Columbia Pictures has just unleashed the announcement trailer for "Blade Runner 2049", the highly awaited sequel to the classic "Blade Runner". Check out the trailer below:
Harrison Ford and Ryan Gosling star in the sequel which is directed by Denis Villeneuve. The film also stars Robin Wright, Ana de Armas, Sylvia Hoeks, Carla Juri, Mackenzie Davis, Barkhad Abdi, Dave Bautista, David Dastmalchian and Hiam Abbass. Thirty years after the events of the first film, a new blade runner, LAPD Officer K (Ryan Gosling), unearths a long-buried secret that has the potential to plunge what’s left of society into chaos. K’s discovery leads him on a quest to find Rick Deckard (Harrison Ford), a former LAPD blade runner who has been missing for 30 years. The film is written by Hampton Fancher and Michael Green, and succeeds the initial story by Fancher and David Peoples based on Philip K. Dick’s novel Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep.
"Blade Runner 2049" will be distributed in the Philippines by Columbia Pictures, local office of Sony Pictures Releasing International and watch "Blade Runner 2049" in Philippine cinemas in 2017.
