'Cars 3' Teaser Trailer Hints at a Grim Storyline for Lightning McQueen

Well that was a surprise. The teaser trailer of Disney/Pixar's "Cars 3" was certainly dark and grim and hints at a very cryptic fate for Lightning McQueen. In fact, the tagline “From this moment on, everything will change” is pretty scary. Does this spell the end for McQueen's racing career? Check out the trailer and let us know what you think:

In the film, blindsided by a new generation of blazing-fast racers, the legendary Lightning McQueen (Owen Wilson) is suddenly pushed out of the sport he loves. To get back in the game, he will need the help of an eager young race technician, Cruz Ramirez, with her own plan to win, plus inspiration from the late Fabulous Hudson Hornet and a few unexpected turns. Proving that #95 isn’t through yet will test the heart of a champion on Piston Cup Racing’s biggest stage.

Directed by Brian Fee and produced by Kevin Reher, “Cars 3” is distributed by Walt Disney Studios Philippines and watch it when it opens in the Philippines in 2017.
