Columbia Pictures has just released six production stills for Quentin Tarantino's Western “Django Unchainted”. Due to open in the Philippines early next year and the States on December, “Django Unchained” stars Jamie Foxx, Leonardo DiCaprio, Samuel L. Jackson, Christoph Waltz and Kerry Washington. Set in the American South, the film revolves around Django (Jamie Foxx), a slave whose brutal history with his former owners lands him face-to-face with bounty hunter Dr. King Schultz (Christoph Waltz). Schultz is on the trail of the murderous Brittle brothers and only Django can lead him to his bounty. Schultz acquires Django with a promise to free him upon the capture of the Brittles – dead or alive. Success leads Schultz to free Django but the two men choose not to go their separate ways. Instead, Schultz seeks out the South’s most wanted criminals with Django. Django remains focused on one goal: finding and rescuing Broomhilda (Kerry Washington), the wife he lost to the slave trade. Catch the stills after the jump.
“Django Unchained” will be released in the Philippines by Columbia Pictures, local office of Sony Pictures Releasing International.
