Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures have just provided the first look at the new “Man of Steel” - the reboot film of our beloved hero, Superman. As you can see from the snapshot above (click the photo for the high-res photo), Henry Cavill will be the new Superman sporting a look that's unlike any suit the Man of Steel has worn before. The film will be directed byZack Snyder and will include Amy Adams as Lois Lane and Laurence Fishburne editor-in-chief, Perry White. Martha and Jonathan Kent will be headlined played by Diane Lane Kevin Costner. Finally, Superman’s father, Jor-El, is portrayed by Russell Crowe. The supporting cast just astounds us honestly.
“Man of Steel” is being produced by Charles Roven, Emma Thomas, Christopher Nolan (good news right?) and Deborah Snyder. The screenplay was written by David S. Goyer, from a story by Goyer and Nolan, based upon Superman characters created by Jerry Siegel & Joe Shuster and published by DC Comics.
Currently in production, “Man of Steel” is slated for a Philippine release on June 14, 2013 and will be distributed worldwide by Warner Bros. Pictures, a Warner Bros. Entertainment Company.
