Water for Elephants: Sneak Peek

Reese Witherspoon stars opposite Robert Pattinson in “Water For Elephants”. The film is based on the bestselling tome by Sara Gruen set during the Depression. “Water For Elephants” takes the audience to 1931 when the circus offered an escape from the rigors of life and economic hardship. Jacob (Robert Pattinson) is headed for a career as a veterinarian. His world changes when his parents die in an accident and he has to abandon his studies to look for work. He boards a train out of town and later realizes that he has joined a circus train. He is soon drawn to Marlena (Reese Witherspoon), the talented equestrian star of the ‘”Benzini Bros.’ Most Spectacular Show on Earth” and accepts a job taking care of the animals. The relationship between Marlena and Jacob develops but she is already married to the possessive August (Christoph Waltz), the ringmaster.
