Disney and Pixar has just released the latest trailer of its highly-awaited animated feature “Cars 2” which can be viewed after the jump. Surprisingly, no racing cars are featured on the first minute of the trailer and it even had us doubting if this is really a trailer for "Cars 2". In the film, star race car Lightning McQueen (Owen Wilson) and the incomparable tow truck Mater (Larry the Cable Guy) take their friendship to exciting new places when they head overseas to compete in the first-ever World Grand Prix to determine the world’s fastest car.
The film hits the track in the Philippines on August 24, 2011, and will be presented in Disney Digital 3D™ and IMAX® 3D in select theaters.
